Terms of Use
Last updated: March 4, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WIGOH ATS platform, our marketing site, and our AI assistant, Joy (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. Where your organization has signed a separate written agreement with WIGOH, that agreement controls for any conflicting term.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using WIGOH on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” means both you and that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal hiring operations, subject to these terms. You agree to use WIGOH lawfully and responsibly.
- Follow all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, privacy, and messaging laws when you run hiring through the Service.
- Obtain the consents you need before contacting candidates and before sending automated messages on your behalf.
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or reverse engineer it.
- Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
SMS and Text Messaging Communications
WIGOH enables employers and candidates to communicate through text messaging as part of the hiring process. On behalf of our customers, we may send application updates, screening questions, interview invitations, scheduling confirmations, reminders, onboarding communications, and other recruiting-related messages.
Message frequency varies based on the hiring process, candidate activity, and employer interactions. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Candidates and users may provide consent to receive text messages through job applications, registration forms, event sign-ups, Career Sites, job advertisements, or other channels operated by our customers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.
You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message where supported. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request. Certain transactional, legal, security, or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
WIGOH does not sell phone numbers, SMS content, or messaging data to third parties. Text message content and related metadata may be processed by trusted service providers solely for the purpose of delivering communications, maintaining platform functionality, preventing abuse, and ensuring the reliability and security of our services.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including the actions of users you invite. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the job content, configurations, and candidate data you bring to or generate in the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant WIGOH the rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Content and for having the rights to use it.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, the Joy assistant, and the WIGOH name and logos, is owned by WIGOH and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any of our rights to you except the limited right to use the Service described above. You may not copy, frame, or repurpose our materials without permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIGOH disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WIGOH helps automate hiring workflows but does not guarantee any particular hiring outcome, and you remain responsible for your hiring decisions and for compliance with the laws that apply to them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIGOH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to the Service and these terms
We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, give notice through the Service. Continuing to use WIGOH after an update means you accept the revised terms.
