WIGOH is a conversational hiring platform. Instead of forms and inboxes, candidates talk to Joy — our AI assistant — to apply, get screened, and book interviews, while your team works from one organized pipeline. It is a full applicant tracking system with conversational automation built in, not bolted on.

Who is Joy?+

Joy is the AI assistant at the center of WIGOH. Joy greets every applicant, answers their questions, asks your screening questions, schedules interviews, and keeps onboarding moving — any hour of the day. Recruiters stay in control and make the decisions only people should make.

How does conversational hiring actually work?+

When someone taps a job ad, scans a QR code, or messages your career site, Joy starts a conversation by text or chat. It captures the application, asks your knockout questions, ranks the strongest fits, and offers interview times — all without the candidate creating a login or filling out a long form.

Will candidates know they are talking to an assistant?+

Yes. Joy is transparent about being an assistant, and the tone stays warm and human. When a candidate needs a person, Joy hands the conversation to your team with full context, so nothing gets repeated and no one waits.

What languages does Joy speak?+

Joy converses in 30+ languages out of the box, so candidates can apply and ask questions in the language they are most comfortable with — no extra setup required.

Can we control what Joy says?+

Completely. You define the screening questions, the qualifying criteria, and the answers Joy gives about pay, schedule, and location. Joy follows your rules and your brand voice, and you can refine them any time.

What happens when Joy does not know an answer?+

Joy only answers from the information you provide. If a question falls outside that, Joy says so plainly and routes the candidate to a recruiter instead of guessing — so candidates always get accurate, on-brand responses.

Who owns the data in our account?+

Can candidates opt out of automated messages?+

Yes. Every conversation respects opt-out and consent preferences, and candidates can stop messages at any time. Joy honors those choices automatically across the platform.
