Privacy Policy

WIGOH ATS is a conversational hiring platform. Our AI assistant, Joy, talks with candidates, screens applications, and helps hiring teams move people from first hello to first day. To do that work we handle information about the businesses that use WIGOH and about the candidates who apply through it. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site, the WIGOH application, and the conversations Joy has on our customers’ behalf.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: when you give it to us, when you use our platform, and when our service partners help us run it.
- Information you provide. Account details, company information, billing contacts, the job content and screening questions you configure, and anything you send us when you request a demo or reach out for support.
- Candidate conversation data. The messages, answers, scheduling choices, documents, and qualifications that candidates share with Joy while applying through one of our customers.
- Usage and device data. How the platform is used, including pages viewed, features used, approximate location, IP address, browser, and device type, gathered through standard logs and cookies.
- Data from partners. Information passed to us by the ATS, HCM, job boards, and messaging providers our customers connect so candidate and new-hire records stay in sync.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to deliver and improve WIGOH, and for no purpose a reasonable user would find surprising.
- Operate the platform and let Joy hold hiring conversations.
- Screen, rank, schedule, and onboard candidates according to the rules each customer configures.
- Keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- Measure and improve performance, accuracy, and the quality of the experience.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, share relevant product updates you can opt out of at any time.
Candidate data
When a candidate applies through WIGOH, the employer running that hiring process is the controller of the candidate’s information. WIGOH acts as a processor: we handle candidate data on the employer’s behalf and under their instructions. We do not sell candidate data, and we do not use the content of candidate conversations to advertise to candidates.
Candidates who want to access, correct, or delete their information, or who have questions about how a specific employer used their application, should contact that employer directly. WIGOH will assist our customers in responding to those requests.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run WIGOH and only in the ways described here.
- With the hiring team. Candidate conversations and statuses are visible to the employer running that hiring process.
- With service providers. Vetted vendors who host our infrastructure, process payments, and deliver messages, bound by contracts that limit their use of data to providing those services.
- With connected systems. The ATS, HCM, and tools a customer chooses to integrate, so records stay in sync.
- For legal and safety reasons. When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and our platform.
We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet our legal obligations, and resolve disputes, and we delete or de-identify it after that. We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and ongoing monitoring. Our security practices are described on our Security page.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also opt out of marketing messages at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. We will never ask you to waive these rights as a condition of using WIGOH.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our platform and the law evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, give notice through the platform. Continuing to use WIGOH after an update means you accept the revised policy.
